How long will my appointment be?

Usually a colour service can take anywhere from 2.5 hours to 4 hours.

What do I need to bring for a wedding trial?

On your trial day please have clean washed hair, a lipstick you would like to use on your wedding day if there is a certain colour you want, veil and any hair clips you are using and any inspiration photos.

Do I need to confirm my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes please! You will receive a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment asking you to confirm. 
Please keep in mind we are a small business and every appointment counts, if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking we will charge a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee.  
In the event of a No-Show, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

Please let me know at least 48 hours prior to your booking to cancel or change so that I can do our best to fill the spot. Please keep in mind I am a small business and every appointment counts, if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking we will charge a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee or 50% of your total booking for no-shows.
